From first principles to production.

My work starts where computer science, mathematics, and statistics meet, then keeps going into philosophy. Studying it taught me to ask what a system is doing underneath, not only whether it runs. I've spent my career holding both questions at once and turning the answers into systems that ship.

I've built data science across finance, automotive, healthcare and life sciences, e-commerce, and publishing. Different industries, one discipline: find the real problem, choose the right tools, and hold the work to a high bar.

Today I lead the Data Science and Engineering team at Constellation as VP of Data Science and AI. My specialty runs through generative AI, natural language processing, deep learning, and the statistics that keep all of it honest.

The philosophy still shows up in the work. My paper on memory in the loop takes its core test from philosophy of mind, the extended-mind thesis: when a tool outside your head is fast and available enough, it counts as part of your thinking. Make an agent's memory that fast and it stops being something the agent consults and becomes part of how it reasons.
